Правове регулювання інтернет-видань в Україні: виклики та перспективи розвитку

Анотація
Cтаття присвячена дослідженню правового регулювання інтернет-видань в Україні. Зі стрімким розвитком цифрових технологій і зростаючою роллю онлайн-медіа існує нагальна потреба у вдосконаленні законодавчої бази, що регулює їх діяльність. У статті проаналізовано нормативно-правову базу в Україні щодо регулювання діяльності інтернет-видань, визначено основні виклики, з якими стикаються українські інтернет-ЗМІ, зокрема питання захисту авторських прав, відповідальності за поширення неправдивої інформації та захисту свободи слова. Крім того, досліджуються перспективи розвитку правового регулювання у цій сфері, в тому числі можливі законодавчі зміни та вплив міжнародного досвіду на формування національних норм.
