Сучасна юридична освіта в Україні як основа професійної діяльності: проблеми та перспективи

Анотація
Юридична освіта в Україні в сучасних умовах стикається з численними викликами, які потребують визначення та осмислення для підвищення якості підготовки фахівців. У статті детально розглядається актуальність юридичної освіти з огляду на необхідність реформування судової системи, гармонізації національного законодавства зі стандартами Європейського Союзу, захисту національних інтересів в умовах збройної агресії. Окрему увагу автори приділяють питанню адаптації правників до інновацій у сфері інформаційних технологій, що вимагає не лише вивчення нових цифрових інструментів, а й розуміння правової природи новітніх технологій. Автори аналізують взаємозв'язок між підготовкою студентів вищих навчальних закладів та їхнім подальшим доступом до юридичної професії, а також розглядають можливості імплементації зарубіжного досвіду в українське правове середовище. Визначено першочергові напрями реформування вітчизняної юридичної освіти для відповіді на сучасні виклики та забезпечення сталого розвитку правової системи України.
