Open access policy
The journal “LEGAL HORIZONS” adheres to an Open Access policy aimed at ensuring the free and unrestricted dissemination of research results and promoting the development of academic communication. The journal’s policy is consistent with the principles of open science and international standards for open access to scholarly publications.
All materials published in the journal are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0) , which permits unrestricted use, distribution, reproduction, and adaptation of the material in any medium and for any purpose, including commercial use, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and the source of publication.
Full-text access to scientific articles published in the journal prior to 2021 is available in the Archive section.
All published materials of the journal are made freely available immediately upon publication without any restrictions for users. Readers are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles, as well as use them for any other lawful scholarly and educational purposes without prior permission from the publisher or the author, provided that proper attribution to the source is given.

The journal’s licensing policy is compatible with the majority of open access and archiving policies.
