LEGAL HORIZONS is an open access peer-reviewed scientific journal that publishes original research and review articles by authors from different countries on a wide range of issues of modern legal science. The main programmatic objectives of THE LEGAL HORIZONS are: publication of research results to expand and modernize scientific research in the field of legal science, enhancement of professional competence of specialists, familiarization of practicing lawyers with topical issues of various branches of jurisprudence, expansion of scientific knowledge and best practices in the field of law, improvement of methods of teaching legal disciplines, integration of Ukrainian legal science and education into the world educational and research space. The journal is included in the List of scientific professional publications of Ukraine, in which the results of dissertations for the degree of Doctor of Sciences, Candidate of Sciences and Doctor of Philosophy in the specialty D8 - Law can be published (Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 1021-2024 dated 01.11.2024) (category "B").
