Open access policy
"LEGAL HORIZONS" is an open access scientific journal. This means that all its content is freely available to users free of charge. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search or link to the full texts of articles, as well as use them for other lawful purposes without prior permission of the editorial board or the author in case of reference to them.
The journal adheres to the open access policy, supporting the principles of free dissemination of scientific information and global knowledge exchange for the sake of general social progress. Full-text access to the journal's scientific articles is provided in the Archive section.
This meets the requirements of the Budapest Open Access Initiative's definition of Open Access. The licensing policy is compatible with most open access and archiving policies.
