Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word document file format.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

License terms: the authors retain copyright and also grant the journal the right to publish original scientific articles containing the results of experimental and theoretical research and not under consideration for publication in other publications. All materials are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License International CC-BY.

The fact of acceptance of the terms of the Agreement below is the author's submission of his/her materials for publication in the Licensee's publications.

BY THIS AGREEMENT, THE AUTHOR CERTIFIES THAT THE SUBMITTED MATERIAL:

  • does not infringe the copyrights of other persons or organizations;
    has not been previously published in other publishing houses and has not been submitted for publication in other publications.
  • THE RIGHTS THAT THE AUTHOR TRANSFERS TO THE EDITORIAL BOARD OF THE JOURNAL "LEGAL HORIZONS", IN PARTICULAR, INCLUDE THE RIGHTS TO:
  • publication of the article in English and distribution of its printed version.
    translation of the article into English (for articles in Ukrainian) and preparation of a manuscript version of the translation.
    distribution of the electronic version of the article, as well as the electronic version of the English translation of the article (for articles in Ukrainian) through any electronic means (placement on the official website of the journal, in electronic databases and repositories).

THE AUTHOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO USE THE MATERIALS OF THE ARTICLE WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF THE EDITORIAL BOARD AND FOUNDERS:

  1. Use the materials of the article in whole or in part for educational purposes.
  2. Prepare materials on statistics, in whole or in part, for writing their own dissertations.
  3. Select materials to prepare for a conference, as well as additional presentations.

In other types, the presence of a bibliographic reference to the article or a hyperlink to its electronic copy on the official website of the journal is mandatory.
