The juridical review of the transformation of single-owner corporations into limited liability partnerships: Legal impacts and business practices.
Main Article Content
Abstract
This study examines the transformation of single-owner corporations into limited liability partnerships within the context of Indonesian legal regulations, particularly following the implementation of the Job Creation Law and Ministry of Law and Human Rights Regulation No. 21 of 2021. The research aims to analyze the legal impacts and practical challenges encountered during the status change process. The research method used is normative, focusing on the analysis of legal documents and relevant regulations. The findings indicate that while the new regulations provide clearer legal foundations, various obstacles such as unclear technical guidelines and administrative barriers slow down the process. The conclusion highlights the need for regulatory improvements to facilitate more effective and efficient corporate status transitions.
