Анотація

У статті розглянуто європейську систему контролю та нагляду в галузі охорони праці. Також проведено аналіз основних принципів європейської політики у сфері охорони праці та детальний аналіз державної системи управління охороною праці з урахуванням наслідків Covid19. У рамках цієї наук
проведено детальний аналіз основних Директив ЄС та Конвенції МОП, як основного документа, що регулює діяльність інспекцій праці. Розкрито сутність та визначення державної інспекції праці як органу виконавчої влади та як органу міжгалузевого контролю. Сформульовано пропозиції та рекомендації щодо вдосконалення компетенції інспекції праці на основі рекомендацій МОП.
